We're seeking a Success Coach to join our team! This is a hybrid position, with the schedule for in-person and remote work informed by participant needs and program events. Evening and weekend availability is required. This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position, reporting to the Program Director, with a starting hourly range of $28.00 - $29.20/hr depending on experience.
