Introducing the Class of 2021 Assistant Lead Instructors

During orientation last week, our three Class of 2021 cohorts had the chance to get to know each other and our staff. In addition, they received their first introductions to the faculty team that will be supporting their success this year. Included in that team are two alumnae serving as Assistant Lead Instructors (as well as Language Coaches), who introduced themselves via pre recorded videos.

Sara Paiva ’18, Portuguese Interpreter:

Juliana Cardona ’19, Spanish Interpreter:

Starting today, our assistant lead instructors Juliana and Sara will be holding regular office hours, where students have the opportunity to (virtually) drop in for extra academic support throughout the course. This is the first time we have incorporated a formalized structure of academic support outside of class time. We expect it will be a well utilized and valuable resource for our students and an added teaching opportunity for our new faculty.
